DESCRIPTION

The Seniority Report may be selected by Company, Plant, Department Date or by Age. The report options are varied and can be changed each time the report is run.

PROCEDURES

Select Seniority List - the report may be selected by Company, Plant and Department seniority dates or by age.

Division - number to identify the division to be selected.

Status - A(ctive), O(n Leave), T(erminated) and R(etired with Benefits).

Departments - the user may select a seniority list for one area or department within the Company.

Employed As - allows the user to define the type of employee such as Permanent, Casual or All (include both).

Report Options - the user is able to select various layouts and can produce a report to meet their division's specifications. The options include employee Company, Plant and Department dates, job codes and rates, phone numbers and birth dates.
